Problem with SVG ! IE bug or Adobe Viewer ?

Hello!
I am building a map aplication and realize that some text elements was showing strange borders (stroke). There was a group and a lot of elements inside it, but just some of them was presenting this error.
After some tests , I realized that just those witch touched a "imaginary" line of the SVG document was presenting the error.
So, I did this....

Save this file with the SVG extension and open on Internet Explorer. You will see that the name is correctly displayed. The problem happens when you change de "x" property from 15000 to 19000. The stroke property gets crazy and you cannot read the text anymore. But, if you keep the 19000 value and clear the stroke property of the "pracas" class, the text is displayed normally.
Does anyone ever had the same problem ? Could you reproduce the same problem on your computers ?
