How can I call an image from a network to my svg file.

Hi my dear friends,
I am trying to upload images in my svg file. If the
images is from local system I can able to upload the image
in mty svg. The code 'll be like

I am embeding this svg to my html embed tag andd displaying it.

The problem is whereever I am trying to call an image from a network path
its not even displaying.How come I can able to solve this issue. The code 'll be
