Importing of .svg files??

This is DASARADHI , working as a game developer
Iam facing a problem to import .svg images in to blitzmax environmant

1. Can we able to import .svg images in to blitzmax environment???

2. From where i can able to download libsvg.dll???

3. What are the modifications that are necessary to work with both blitzmax + .svg images??
